With nearly two decades of hands on experience in vetting, screening and recruitment risk, we built this training to reflect what really happens when compliance meets real world decisions. We ran screening, vetting and compliance companies for nearly twenty years (2006–2024), working with organisations where hiring and trust decisions genuinely mattered.
We kept seeing the same problem: people responsible for compliance and screening decisions without proper training. They had the job title but not the knowledge to back it up. Generic courses taught policy language but not how to handle mismatched documents, employment gaps, or risk decisions with incomplete information. So in 2025, we built Vetting Hub.
